We are a small company and will try to dispatch your orders as soon as possible. On some occasions we have high demand for items which might result in some items selling out.  If your size is sold out we will ensure you are contacted as soon as possible.

DELIVERY CHARGES UK STANDARD DELIVERY

2023 New fees

Deliveries will be made within 3 -5 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] e.g. If you order on Wednesday your goods will be delivered by the following Monday. The cost of UK  Special delivery/ Next Working day  is £9.90 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. Your order will be dispatched via royal mail and a tracking number given for reference.

Due to the new price changes we will now be using signed for 2nd class Royal Mail delivery. This is from £4.80 for 1 item. Friday orders to arrive on Saturday DELIVERY is no longer possible All parcels will be sent via Signed of Royal Mail , 1st class. Should you wish to have your order tracked please help and state before your shipment or after so an invoice can be sent to you accordingly. For more than 1 item ordered additional invoices maybe sent depending on the weight.

We also use DpD local or Evri on request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to deliver to Europe and other parts of the world. To Europe your order will be tracked and sent via Royal Mail from a standard cost for 1 item at £15.00 – £17.00. If you are ordering more than 1 item please contact us before ordering . Email info@loveurlook.co.uk.

Please note that PO BOX Addresses and Locker addresses are NOT accepted

Customers outside Europe. Your final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout.  Please note we are not responsible for any additional customs charges.  USA , Canada , Australia and Asia can expect to pay total from £21.00 – £30.00 GBP for signed and tracked shipping. This will depend on the weight of your order.

Please note you may be contacted for additional payment for shipping to USA, NZ, Australia and  parts of Europe. 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

The following are details of our UK Next Day Delivery service:

You may contact us for this service. If you order by 4 pm, Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the next day. *Please note we cannot always guarantee this service.

If you order on Saturday before 10am you will receive your goods on the Monday. If you order after 2pm on Sunday, you will receive your goods on Tuesday. Any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will be delivered 2 working days later, so please allow up to 5 days for your shipment due to delays in the postage system. We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so please be aware of any impending ones when you order! A tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. The cost of Next Day Delivery is from £9.50.

REGISTER

In order to register with Love ur Look  you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Love ur Look retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
