Please return your parcel to us within 14 days of receiving your order if you require a refund or exchange.
After 14 days we will be happy to issue you with a gift voucher.
CHRISTMAS EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS : ONLY ON ORDERS FROM 1st December . Extended returns and exchanges until the 12th Jan 2024.
All tags must be attached for your refund/ exchange. Any orders that ARRIVE after 12th JAN, gift vouchers or exchanges will only be given.

Love ur Look can exchange items for a different size or colour or alternative style of the same value. If you require an exchange you will need to ;
1. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request giving a description , size and where your purchase took place. Please also give your full name & address.
2.State what you need. New size , New item etc.
3. You will be issued a return barcode to return your item to the below address:

4.Then your requested exchange will be sent to you.
If your item has a fault we will INVESTIGATE & either exchange, suggest the best way to fix or fix your purchased item for you. Please send your item to: LOVE UR LOOK 1 Tudor Road, St Albans AL3 6AY. United Kingdom . Please include your name and order number. Please ensure your item is returned in a water tight bag.
If your item is not suitable we will be happy to refund you within 10 – 14 days of your item being signed for at the LUL HQ . Please be patient we are not a big company. If you item has been signed for it will be dealt with a.s.a.p.
If we do not respond to your email in 24hrs please do not panic, we will get back to you.
All items should be unworn and damage free for a refund. Garments should be returned unworn AND Unscented with belts or additional extras as shown on our website. Failure to return the garment with any additional parts will result in this being deducted from your total refund amount.
We do not offer FREE returns for REFUNDS.

Orders will only be refunded for the cost of the garment only. Please ALLOW UP TO 14 DAYS TO FOR YOUR REFUND to return to your account.
If a garment has been worn we refuse the right to refund due to hygiene reasons.
Proof or postage will need to be sent to us for evidence of postage if your order is not received. The customer takes full responsibility to return the item purchased.
We recommend a signed for Royal Mail service OR PARCEL FORCE for heavier items. No refund can be given until the item has arrived with Love ur Look Ltd.
Loss to any items if posted with regular post will result to NO refund. Please note if you ordered more than one garment your postage maybe refunded accordingly by weight. We ensure all effort is made your size is correct before. Please help and check your size against the sizes on each page as designs and fits may vary.
Before shipping we will ask you for your measurements. Please help and provide this when asked. If you do not provide this information in a timely manner we will ship your order and any sizing issues will be your responsibility.
You will normally be contacted by email, pls check your junk / spam . If we unsuccessful we will also contact you by phone/text message.
With all items we provide size guides. These are guides to help, but some items may be + or – due to the style or fabric.
If your item does not fit any returns are your responsibility. We are happy to pay for any exchanges to be sent back to you.
UK & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
WE DO NOT pay postage for returned items to be refunded. As a small business we are unable to provide this service.
All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. So we are happy to answer any questions prior to your order. Alternately pls read our size guide on the website.
If your order is faulty, please contact us in a timely manner with photos. We will need your item back for investigation. Depending on the length of time since your purchase you will be issued with an EXCHANGE OR GIFT VOUCHERS.
